The following are pictures that show the overall layout of the shipping containers that make up the site and a description of the components.

This picture shows the four units comprised of two stacked 20’ shipping containers. The upper container is the inlet filter house. It contains an inlet filter, inlet silencer and inlet duct with water spray fogging nozzle manifolds. The inlet water spray skid is mounted on the opposite end of the upper container. The air inlet duct connects to the compressor air inlet plenum through an expansion joint.

The lower container houses the turbine and generator skid. The turbine sits on the end shown and exhausts out the wall and up through the exhaust silencer and 22’ high stacks. The louvered doors on the side of the turbine container provides the air ventilation exhaust air flow of the air supplied from the oil cooler fans on the opposite end of the lower container. The control room container is the 40’ shipping container to the right of the picture.

The two shipping containers are locked together with a container locking device on each corner of each stacked assembly. The container locks insert in the container corner lifting holes and rigidly attaches the two boxes together.

The site is 64’ by 40’ not including the exhaust pipe and the swing of the end door of the control room container.

This is the generator end of the turbine generator container. The air skid for the starting air supply is located with two units on each side. The generator output cable tray is not mounted, but the two generators to the left have output trays that tie them together and tee off to make connection to the electrical services shipping container on the right. The air inlet filter swing out door can be seen on the second unit from the left on the upper container.

The rain guards are installed on the end of the lower container to supply air to the oil coolers (2) which are mounted directly behind the door. The oil cooler fans supply air to cool the oil and ventilate the unit.

One oil cooler mounts behind each end door of the lower container. The fan is mounted on the opposite side of the radiator. The upper container houses the air inlet filters on the sides. The air filter door on each side swings out to allow for access or can be accessed through the open panel shown behind the air inlet water fogging skid also located in the upper container of each unit.

The 40’ control room container is located on the left of the picture. The control wiring for the site wires out from the control room across the cable tray shown. This cable tray enters the fork lift slot for the upper shipping container and continues across the site through all four of the turbine generator units. The control cabling is also pulled off in the middle to direct control cabling to the air system and across to the electrical services building. The control room has an access door on the turbine side and behind the container door on the end of the container to the left of the picture.

To the right of the picture is the louvered fan assembly for the ventilation of the 40’ electrical services container located just off the right side of the picture. The electrical services container is centered up behind the four turbine generator containers. This allows for the minimum amount of cable tray and cabling from the generators to the switchgear.
